All appointments require a nonrefundable deposit to secure the date.
If you don’t want to use card payment, we also accept Venmo and cashapp.
If you cancel appointment, deposit will be forfeited.
If you would like to reschedule, we require a 48 hour notice and deposit will follow the new date.
If less than 48 hours, deposit will be forfeited.

Absolutely not. We come fully prepared to get the job done the Epic way. We carry our own spot free water and power supply.
We would prefer if our clients are home so we can discuss what we will be performing but it isn’t necessary. All we ask is for the vehicle to be unlocked and remove valuables and firearms as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
